The Details:

• Vendor Space Fee: $50 per 10X10.
• Location: Quaker Steak & Lube (Clearwater, FL).
• Date/Time: Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
• Audience: A massive crowd of Jeep owners, Volkswagen fans, and local spectators.

Important Regulations:

• Food & Drink: No outside food or drink vendors are permitted per the venue's policy.
• Setup: Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and displays.
• Arrival: Detailed load-in instructions and your assigned space number will be emailed to you one week prior to the event.
